Automatic IC Card Embedding Test MachineYC-ICE
Automatic IC Card Embedding Machine YC-ICE is used for examining various chips, applying glue, cutting and planting the chips in milled grooves to achieve IC card embedding. The machine consists of card transport, card carrier check, chips feed unit, chips test, chips cut, glue applying unit, chips moving unit, hot weld, cold press, testing and card stacker. The machine is controlled by PLC and the operator can change parameters through the touch screen.
Apply ATR embedding check to warn and remove the defective items. Automatically identify IC; IC will not be adopted if not eligible. All the malfunctions and defective item checking are recorded and kept with timely warning.
There are two options: automatic glue preparation unit and split style independent glue preparation unit.
